Shipping & Returns Policy

Because of different product sizes and weights we have had to revise our free of charge shipping policy…Which lets be honest – the initial cost of the product was adjusted to include the shipping.

All shipping costs will be added to your basket prior to completing your purchase.

We know that you will not be angry with the shipper if your goods arrive in a substandard condition because of poor shipping procedures.

We are only human and on the very rare occasion that something does go wrong no matter who is at fault Crafty Rabbit will put it right.

If the products you receive are substandard or damaged in any way Crafty Rabbit will meet the postage costs to return by Royal Mail.  The choice will be yours as to whether you require a refund or replacement.

However if you have simply changed your mind we do ask that you pay for the goods to be sent back in the original packaging and will refund the initial payment you made minus the shipping when we receive any unwanted items.
